Information about South Africa's football stadiums:

  • Soccer City and Ellis Park in Johannesburg, Loftus Versfeld in Pretoria, the Royal Bafokeng stadium and the Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein will undergo renovations.
  • Kings Park and Green Point stadium in Cape Town are completely new multi-sport facilities, Green Point complete with a retractable dome to protect people from the unpredictable weather.
  • Nelson Mandela Bay in Port Elizabeth is brand new.
  • Peter Mokaba stadium in Polokwane, Limpopo and King Senzangakhona Stadium in Durban have been rebuilt.
